Free Concussion Workshop - open to all our coaches, parents, all our players (aged u12 to adult), referees and volunteers

Friday 23rd August 2024 - 7.15pm to 8pm, Kilcock GAA Club

This workshop is approximately 20 minutes long. It will highlight what concussion is and how to recognise it, how to treat and manage concussion immediately and in the days following and what to expect when recovering from a concussion until you return to play.
